SHELTON, CT – [January 27, 2026] – Inline Plastics announces the latest expansion of its Safe-T-Chef® portfolio: introducing two new options in an 8×6 footprint (SKUs C8616D & C8616F). These polypropylene containers are engineered for hot foodservice, prepared meals, and microwavable at-home applications. Made from microwave-safe PP, these containers give operators a reliable solution for packaging fresh, ready-to-heat meals without sacrificing appearance or performance.
Customers can select from two distinct configurations to match their merchandising needs. Flat lids create a low-profile package ideal for efficient stacking, transport, and shelf-ready presentation, while domed lids provide additional space for larger entrées or items that require extra height.
What truly differentiates this new Safe-T-Chef offering is its integrated tamper protection system. Every container features a tamper-evident tear strip paired with a tamper-resistant perimeter seal that doubles as a leak-resistant barrier, giving operators confidence when packaging foods with sauces, juices, and other high-moisture components. These built-in protections ensure meals remain secure, intact, and visibly unopened from kitchen to consumer.
